Substitution Deed definition

Substitution Deed is defined in paragraph 30(b)(ii) of this Lease.
Substitution Deed means the substitution deed entered into by the Issuer, Greenstone Energy Finance Limited, the Bond Trustee and the Guarantors dated 9 June 2011.
Substitution Deed means a deed of substitution relating to the rent deposit for Gallery No.9 Limited at the Fourth Property in the form at Appendix 12;

  • The originals of the Substitution Deed Poll and other documents will be delivered to the Fiscal Agent to hold until there are no claims outstanding in respect of the Notes or the Coupons.

  • The Issuer appoints Law Debenture Corporate Services Limited of 8th Floor, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ as its agent in England to receive service of process for any Proceedings in England based on any of the Notes, the Coupons, the Agency Agreement, the Deed of Covenant, the ENEL N.V.   • II Upon the execution of the Treasury Subsidiary Substitution Deed Poll by all parties thereto and the satisfaction of the other conditions set out in this Condition 15(c) and the Treasury Substitution Deed Poll, the Substitute shall succeed to and be substituted for the Issuer under the Notes and the Agency Agreement with the same effect as if it had been named as the Issuer herein and Stellantis N.V. shall continue to be the Guarantor of the Notes.

  • III Following substitution, references in Condition 9 to obligations under the Notes shall be deemed to include obligations under the Treasury Subsidiary Substitution Deed Poll, and where the Treasury Substitution Deed Poll contains a guarantee, the events listed in Condition 9 shal be deemed to include that guarantee not being (or being claimed by the guarantor not to be) in ful force and effect.

  • References in Condition 10 to obligations under the Notes shall be deemed to include obligations under the ENEL N.V. and Subsidiary Substitution Deed Poll, and the events listed in Condition 10 shall be deemed to include the Deed of Guarantee not being (or being claimed by the guarantor not to be) in full force and effect.

  • The Agency Agreement, the Programme Agreement, the Deed of Guarantee, the Deed of Covenant, the ENEL N.V. Substitution Deed Poll, the ENEL Substitution Deed Poll and the ENEL N.V. and Subsidiary Substitution Deed Poll, the Notes and the Coupons and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, English law.
