Substitution of Security definition

Substitution of Security means the exchange of one "Participation Interest" in a "Loan" for a "Participation Interest" in a different "Loan" of an equal amount.
Substitution of Security means the exchange of one Loan in the Participation Pool for a different Loan having an equal principal amount.
