Suburban area definition

Suburban area means a geographic region within a 10-mile radius of an urban area that has a population density equal to or greater than 1,000 residents per square mile.
Suburban area means a zip code that, according to the Maryland Department of Planning has a human population equal to or greater than 1,000 per square mile but less than 3,000 per square mile.
Suburban area means any zip code area with 1,000-3,000 persons per square mile, as calculated annually by a popula- tion data gathering service designated by the Director.
