Succeeding Years definition

Succeeding Years has the meaning given in Section 7.1(d).
Succeeding Years has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(d)(iii).

  • Preceding year means a period of 12 consecutive months fixed by the division

  • Operating Year means each calendar year that includes any part of the Term.

  • Accounting Year means the financial year commencing from the first day of April of any calendar year and ending on the thirty-first day of March of the next calendar year;

  • Calendar Month means any of the twelve (12) months of the Calendar Year.
