It is the intent of this Request for Proposal and resulting Master Price Agreement that Participating Agencies may buy directly from Successful Proposers without the need for further solicitation.
Allegheny County has MWDBE goals of 13% participation for Minority Business Enterprises and 2% participation for Women Business Enterprises and expects that Successful Proposers will make a “good faith effort” in assisting the County in meeting these goals.

Upon award of an Agreement, the contents of the Successful Proposer's Qualification shall be incorporated within and included as part of the Agreement.
