  • If the appointment of the Registrar or the only remaining Principal Agent with a Specified Office in the United Kingdom, the Agent Bank or the only remaining Paying Agent with its Specified Office outside of the United Kingdom is terminated in accordance with the preceding sentence, the Current Issuer shall forthwith appoint a successor in accordance with Clause 15.4 (Additional and Successor Agents).
