Successor Agency definition

Successor Agency means SUDA and any person or corporate and body appointed by the ULB to perform services and carry out works under this Contract.
Successor Agency means the county, city, or city and county that authorized the creation of each redevelopment agency or another entity as provided in Section 34173.
