Successor Issuer definition

Successor Issuer has the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.1(a).
Successor Issuer means an issuer existing as a result of a reorganization, other than, in the case where the reorganization involved a divestiture of a portion of a participant's business, an issuer that succeeded to or otherwise acquired the portion of the business divested;
Successor Issuer shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.06(i).

  • In the case of a Successor Issuer or any Person who becomes a Guarantor after the original issue date of the Notes or any successor of any Guarantor, the Change in Tax Law must become effective after the date that the Issuer first makes payment on the Notes or after the date on which such Person became a Guarantor or a successor of any Guarantor, as applicable.
