Successor Program definition

Successor Program means a program:
Successor Program means any program (other than the CBI Program) which involves the granting of permanent residence or citizenship rights in Grenada in return for monetary investments.

The extent of the responsibility of the successor for the liabilities of the predecessor may vary, depending on State law and specific circumstances.
