Summary suspension hearing definition

Summary suspension hearing means a short, con- cise, and timely hearing administered in emergencies, follow- ing a student being summarily suspended from attending a class or classes.

The area within a redevelopment project, conservation project, or rehabilitation district established by the city or county pursuant to Chapter 1 (§36-1 et seq.) of Title 36 shall be deemed a revitalization area without any such certification. Any such revitalization area must either (a) include discussions from the locality of the type of developments that will be encouraged, the potential sources of funding, and services to be offered in the area; or (b) be subject to a plan using Hope VI funds from HUD. A comprehensive plan does not qualify as certification of a revitalization area.

  • Final Fairness Hearing means the hearing in the Action for the Court to consider final approval of this Settlement and the entry of Judgment.

  • Closure plan means the plan for closure prepared in accordance with the requirements of § 265.112.

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Sewage Treatment Plant means any arrangement of devices and structures used for treating sewage.

  • PAL major modification means, notwithstanding the definitions for major modification and net emissions increase in 326 IAC 2-2-1, any physical change in or change in the method of operation of the PAL source that causes it to emit the PAL pollutant at a level equal to or greater than the PAL.
