Summit Partners definition

Summit Partners means Summit Partners, L.P., a limited partnership organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Summit Partners means any of Summit Partners, L.P., any of its Affiliates, and any funds, investment vehicles or partnerships managed, advised or sub-advised by any of them or any of their respective affiliates (other than any portfolio operating company of any of the foregoing). “Supplemental Administrative Agent” and “Supplemental Administrative Agents” have the meanings specified in Section 9.12(a).

Summit Partners means Summit Partners, L.P. and its Affiliated Companies.
