Summit Partners definition

Summit Partners means any of Summit Partners, L.P., any of its Affiliates, and any funds, investment vehicles or partnerships managed, advised or sub-advised by any of them or any of their respective affiliates (other than any portfolio operating company of any of the foregoing). “Supplemental Administrative Agent” and “Supplemental Administrative Agents” have the meanings specified in Section 9.12(a).
