Summit Investors means, collectively, Summit Partners Venture Capital Fund III-A, L.P., Summit Partners Venture Capital Fund III-B, L.P., Summit Investors I, LLC, Summit Investors I (UK), L.P., any of their respective partners, members or Affiliates and any of their respective transferees or Affiliates that are Investors.
