Superintendent of Motor Vehicles definition

Superintendent of Motor Vehicles means the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles as defined in the MOTOR VEHICLE ACT, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 318.
Superintendent of Motor Vehicles means the provincial licensing agency for motor vehicles in British Columbia and shall include any other province or state of origin where a motor vehicle is registered.

  • Motor vehicle dealer or "dealer" means any person who:
