Superior Proposal Agreement definition

Superior Proposal Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(f).

• The Company agrees to notify Parent promptly if its intention to enter into the Superior Proposal Agreement referred to in its notification shall change at any time after giving such notification.

More Definitions of Superior Proposal Agreement

Superior Proposal Agreement has the meaning given to such term in Section 10.4(g) of this Agreement.

Superior Proposal Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.20(c).
