Supervised apartment living definition

Supervised apartment living or “SAL” means a foster care arrangement that provides an environment in which the youth can experience living independently in the community with minimum supervision. This arrangement prepares the youth for self-support and self-care. The child lives in an apartment unit, shops for food, prepares individual meals, and manages time for cleaning and laundry. Must be concurrently an International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Arborist to perform any role required of a Certified Arborist.

  • Elderly Housing means housing intended for and only occupied by Elderly persons, including a family in which all members are Elderly. All household members must be Elderly (no children, and no disabled persons under the age of 62).
