Supplemental Interest definition

Supplemental Interest means the amount, if any, in excess of Regular Interest, Points, Incentive and Gross Receipts Interest, other cash balances available for distribution in the discretion of the Board of Directors, and all other cash receipts of the Fund net of all cash expenditures of the Fund, that Affiliated Borrowers shall pay the Fund to enable it to make quarterly distributions to Stockholders equal to an annual 12% cumulative, non-compounded return on their Original Capital Contributions during the Cash Flow Guaranty Period.
Supplemental Interest has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.
