The Supplemental Retirement Plan shall consist of an employer paid 403(b) plan, a 457(b) deferred compensation plan and a 40l(a) defined contribution plan.
Contributions to the Supplemental Retirement Plan for the purchase of TRS service shall be (a) made as a non-elective payment by the District to the Supplemental Retirement Plan (and the Superintendent shall have no right to receive such contribution in cash) and (b) such contributions and earnings thereon shall be kept in a separate account in the Supplemental Retirement Plan.
