Supplementary Conditions definition

Supplementary Conditions means the part of the Contract that amends or supplements the General Conditions;
Supplementary Conditions means the Supplementary Conditions for the CCDC 2 – 2008 stipulated price contract included on the Portal.

More Definitions of Supplementary Conditions
