Facilities Supplies Products means any Goods identified as such in the Seller’s main catalogue and / or with ‘FD’ prefixed to the product description and / or as notified by the Seller at the time of the Order;

Examples of Facilities Supplies Products in a sentence

  • Following receipt of an Order for Facilities Supplies Products the Seller will, after first consulting with its own relevant supplier, advise the Buyer of the estimated delivery date for the Goods.

  • Any person who violates any provision of or order promulgated under this article or code shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.

  • Materials recovery facility means a solid waste management facility that provides for the extraction from solid waste of recyclable materials, materials suitable for use as a fuel or soil amendment, or any combination of such materials.
