Supplementary Costs means recoverable costs and expenditures incurred by Contractor, other than those costs defined as Petroleum Costs in Article 19 and as determined in accordance with the provisions of this Contract.

Examples of Supplementary Costs in a sentence

  • All costs associated with the construction and operation of the additional facilities or works paid for by the Contractor shall be considered Supplementary Costs.

  • In accordance with this Article 19, Supplementary Fees shall be comprised of Supplementary Costs.

  • It is understood that Contractor shall not be entitled to any Petroleum Costs, Supplementary Costs and Remuneration during the period of suspension.

Related to Supplementary Costs

  • Supplementary Card means a Card issued by the Bank subject to this Agreement to a Supplementary Cardholder nominated by the Principal Cardholder and at the joint request of the Principal Cardholder and such Supplementary Cardholder; and

  • Supplementary Conditions means the part of the Contract that amends or supplements the General Conditions;

  • Mandatory Costs means the percentage rate per annum calculated in accordance with Schedule 1.01(b).

  • Mandatory Cost means, with respect to any period, the percentage rate per annum determined in accordance with Schedule 1.01.
