SUPPLEMENTARY MEMBER definition

SUPPLEMENTARY MEMBER means a Member who is admitted to Membership with effect from 5 January 1996 and who was immediately before such date contributing to either the Supplementary Fund or Facsimile Section of the IMI Pension Fund.
SUPPLEMENTARY MEMBER means a member who is nominated by the Primary Accountholder to be a supplementary member pursuant to Clause 2.3 below.

  • Ordinary Member means a member who fulfils the qualifications set out in article 17; “Ordinary Membership” shall be interpreted accordingly;

  • auxiliary member means a person (non-citizen) who has been admitted to auxiliary membership of the Teaching Service.

  • Honorary Member means an individual who has been admitted to Honorary Membership pursuant to Article 9.

  • Associate Member means a person appointed to perform specific statutory and non-statutory duties which have been delegated by the Trust Board for them to perform and these duties have been recorded in an appropriate Trust Board minute or other suitable record.

  • Associate Members means the individuals or firms which have agreed to Joint Venture in connection with the Project;
