  • If any Card is lost or stolen or if the PIN or TPIN becomes known to any person other than the Cardholder or Supplementary Nominee or the Card or the PIN or TPIN is for any other reason liable to be misused, the Cardholder must, as soon as possible, notify the Bank without delay and subsequently file a police report at the nearest police station where such loss or theft or disclosure occurred or was discovered.
