Supplied Electricity definition

Supplied Electricity means electricity supplied to you under the Agreement, and in relation to a Supply Point means the electricity supplied to that Supply Point;
Supplied Electricity means electricity supplied to you under this Agreement;
Supplied Electricity means electricity supplied to you under the Agreement, and in relation to a Supply Point means the electricity supplied to that Supply Point; “Supply” means the supply of electricity to be provided by us to the Supply Points, and in relation to a single Supply Point means the supply to be provided by us to it; “Supply Licence” means the licence granted to us under section 6(1)(d) of the Act;

Examples of Supplied Electricity in a sentence

  • We may carry out a Change of Measurement Class on an AMR Meter with a Profile Class of ‘05’, ‘06’, ‘07’ or ‘08’, in order to settle the Supplied Electricity consumed at it on a half hourly basis.

  • There are some indirect taxes that we must collect from you by law if they are applicable to the Supplied Electricity you consume, including Value Added Tax (VAT) and Climate Change Levy (CCL).

  • The Electricity Source will apply to the amount of Supplied Electricity, unless for any periods we decide, we have provided you with more electricity than we expected to and we choose to provide the extra electricity from a Standard Energy source.

  • We will invoice and collect Green Deal Charges on behalf of the Green Deal Provider whilst the Green Deal Plan is active, in relation to the period the Supply Points are Registered to us, even where no Supplied Electricity is consumed.

  • If the amount of Supplied Electricity you consume in a Relevant Period at your Tolerance Supply Points varies from the amount we expected you to consume by more or less than the Volume Tolerance Threshold set out on the Contract Information Pack, we may charge you a Tolerance Charge, but not in relation to Supplied Electricity you consume after the Earliest Termination Date.

  • We may (but will not be obliged to) update our view of those amounts (even retrospectively) if any data, published information, amount invoiced or the amount of Supplied Electricity used in their preparation is revised.

  • We may share your account information (which shall include information on your premises, volumes of Supplied Electricity, Total Forecasted Consumption and/or the Charges) with our group companies and selected third parties from time to time to provide the Supply and other energy related services, such as energy efficiency and savings advice.

  • If your Price Schedule specifies CCL exempt sources then (subject to clauses 12.7 and 12.8) we shall apply the Agreed CCL Exempt Percentage to either your Total Forecasted Consumption or Supplied Electricity (at our discretion).

  • The MA transmuter designed in2the present study has simultaneously a role of incineration for Pu, MA and 129I generated from UO andMOX fuelled LWRs, and FBRs systems.

  • We shall be entitled to notify you at any time during the Term that we will apply the Agreed Nuclear Percentage to the Total Forecasted Consumption or Supplied Electricity (as relevant) and we shall apply the Agreed Nuclear Percentage accordingly from the date of such notification until the date of any further notification.

Related to Supplied Electricity

  • Electricity means the electrical energy in kilowatt-hours.

  • Electricity Supplier means any person authorised to supply electricity.

  • Electricity Services means the services associated with the provision of electricity to a person, including the exchange of electric energy, making financial arrangements to manage financial risk associated with the pool price, Distribution Access Service, system access service, ancillary services, billing, metering, performing load settlement and any other services specified in regulations made under the Act;

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • Electricity Supply Code means the Electricity Supply Code specified under section 50;

  • Bulk Electric System shall have the meaning provided for in the NERC Glossary of Terms used in Reliability Standards, as it may be amended, supplemented, or restated from time to time.

  • Sewerage system means pipelines or conduits, pumping stations, and force mains, and all other

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Electricity Laws means the Electricity Act, 2003 and the relevant rules, notifications, and amendments issued there under and all other Laws in effect from time to time and applicable to the development, financing, construction, ownership, operation or maintenance or regulation of electric generating companies and Utilities in India, the rules, regulations and amendments issued by CERC/ MERC from time to time.

  • Bulk gasoline terminal means a gasoline storage facility which receives gasoline from its supply source primarily by pipeline, ship, or barge, and delivers gasoline to bulk gasoline plants or to commercial or retail accounts primarily by tank truck; and has an average daily throughput of more than 76,000 liters (20,000 gallons) of gasoline.

  • Gas means any mixture of hydrocarbons and noncombustible gases in a gaseous state consisting primarily of methane.

  • Electric System Upgrades means any Network Upgrades, Distribution Upgrades, or Interconnection Facilities that are determined to be necessary by the CAISO or Participating Transmission Owner, as applicable, to physically and electrically interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric system for receipt of Energy at the Point of Interconnection (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) if connecting to the CAISO Grid, or the Interconnection Point, if connecting to a part of the Participating TO’s electric system that is not part of the CAISO Grid.

  • Master electrician means a person licensed under this chapter as a master

  • Transportation Service means a service for moving people and goods, such as intercity bus service and passenger rail service.

  • Sewage system means the entire sewage treatment and subsurface disposal system;

  • Electricity Distributor means the licensed operator of the distribution system through which electricity is supplied to you;

  • plant products means products of plant origin, unprocessed or having undergone simple preparation in so far as these are not plants, set out in Annex IV-A, Part 3 to this Agreement;

  • Sanitary sewerage means a system of public sewers for carrying off waste water and refuse, but excluding sewage treatment facilities, septic tanks, and leach fields owned or operated by the licensee or registrant.

  • Useful thermal energy means, with regard to a cogeneration unit, thermal energy that is:

  • electricity undertaking means any person engaged in the generation,transmission, distribution or supply of electricity including any holder of a licence or authorisation or a person who has been granted a permit under Section 37 of the Principal Act and any person transferring electricity to or from Ireland across an interconnector or who has made an application for use of an interconnector which has not been refused;

  • Fuel means any solid, liquid or gaseous combustible material;

  • Water means the chemical element defined as H2O in any of its three natural states, liquid, solid and gaseous.

  • Finished water means the water that is introduced into the distribution system of a public water system and is intended for distribution and consumption without further treatment, except as treatment necessary to maintain water quality in the distribution system (e.g., booster disinfection, addition of corrosion control chemicals).

  • Sewage sludge means a solid, semi-solid, or liquid residue generated during the treatment of domestic sewage in a treatment works as defined in section 6111.01 of the Revised Code. "Sewage sludge" includes, but is not limited to, scum or solids removed in primary, secondary, or advanced wastewater treatment processes. "Sewage sludge" does not include ash generated during the firing of sewage sludge in a sewage sludge incinerator, grit and screenings generated during preliminary treatment of domestic sewage in a treatment works, animal manure, residue generated during treatment of animal manure, or domestic septage.

  • Sanitary Sewer System means all facilities, includ- ing approved LOSS, used in the collection, transmission, storage, treatment, or discharge of any waterborne waste, whether domestic in origin or a combination of domestic, commercial, or industrial wastewater. LOSS are only consid- ered sanitary sewer systems if they are designed to serve urban densities. Sanitary sewer system is also commonly known as public sewer system.

  • Utility Services means physical plant including but not limited to pipes, valves, conduits, cables, terminals, transformers, etc. owned and operated by communications, television, hydro, gas and oil companies or any other utility companies.
