Supplier of the Company definition

Supplier of the Company means any person or entity that provided goods or services to the Company at any time during the twelve months prior to the termination of Executive’s employment.

Examples of Supplier of the Company in a sentence

  • No Supplier of the Company has canceled or otherwise terminated its relationship with the Company, or has during the last 12 months decreased materially its services, supplies or materials to the Company.

  • Except as set forth on Schedule 3.24 of the Disclosure Schedule, no Major Customer or Major Supplier of the Company has during the last twelve months materially decreased or limited, or threatened to materially decrease or limit, its purchase of the Company’s products, or its supply of materials or services to the Company, as the case may be.

  • No Material Supplier of the Company or its subsidiaries has indicated to the Company or its Subsidiaries that it will stop, or (other than pursuant to task orders in the ordinary course) decrease the rate of, supplying materials, products or services to the Company and its Subsidiaries.
