  • If the Post Office advises the Supplier or Service Provider of any contravention of such legislation in writing, the Supplier or Service Provider shall, within 10 (ten) days after receipt of such notice, take all steps necessary to remedy such contravention and shall keep the Post Office informed regarding the steps taken and the implementation and the result thereof.

  • If the Post Office’s investigation reveals that the Supplier of Service Provider is fronting, the Post Office shall take the necessary legal measures against the Supplier or Service Provider.

  • Failure to comply with clause 9.11 above may result in late payment of the total amount of the statement, by the Post Office to the Supplier or Service Provider.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement, all such records or documents, including copies thereof, shall be left with the Post Office or, in so far as they are in possession of the Supplier or Service Provider, the same shall be handed over to the Post Office or shall be destroyed at the Post Office’s written request.

  • The Supplier or Service Provider warrants further that it is not and will not in future be in contravention of any of the provisions of any such legislation and in the event of such contravention, the Supplier or Service Provider shall immediately take all steps to remedy such contravention.
