Supply Chain Agreements definition

Supply Chain Agreements means the agreements between: (a) WEPCo and its direct Partnering Subcontractors; (b) a Partnering Subcontractor and its subcontractors in relation to Partnering Services; and (c) any Project Service Provider and its Service Providers and Contractors, from time to time;
Supply Chain Agreements means any agreements with Supply Chain Members in the form set out at Schedule 4;
Supply Chain Agreements means the agreements from time to time between the LEP and/or any Project Company on the one hand and a Supply Chain Member on the other hand;

  • The Participant Event of Default Termination Sum shall be an amount equal to the redundancy payments for employees of hubco that have been or will be reasonably incurred by hubco as a direct result of termination of this Agreement and any amounts payable to the Partnering Subcontractors under and in accordance with the relevant Supply Chain Agreements as a direct result of such termination.

  • Prior to such termination, the ViroPharma Third Person Supply Chain Agreement shall be effective or Lilly will assign to ViroPharma the Lilly Third Person Supply Chain Agreements as described in Section 2.3.

  • Lilly shall use commercially reasonable efforts to assist ViroPharma in entering agreements on substantially similar terms as such Third Person Supply Chain Agreements.
