Supply Charging Energy Costs definition

Supply Charging Energy Costs means the costs associated with obtaining Charging Energy Requirements from NYISO Markets.

  • No later than the tenth (10th) Business Day of a calendar month following a calendar month that is part of the Interim Period, CHGE shall deliver a statement of the net revenues from the Pre-COD Sales in the preceding month, including revenue received from NYISO and all costs associated with the Pre-COD Sales, including Supply Charging Energy Costs, costs attributable to financial settlements, and any penalties or fees assessed by NYISO.

  • NYSEG and/or RG&E will directly pay for Supply Charging Energy Costs.

  • Charging Energy means the amount of Energy withdrawn from the Utility Distribution Company’s electrical system, Participating Transmission Owner’s electrical system or the CAISO Grid to be stored by the Units of the Project.
