Charging Energy Requirements definition

Charging Energy Requirements means electric energy stored in the Project to be discharged at a later time, which term expressly excludes any electric energy required for Station Use.
Charging Energy Requirements means, for In Front of the Meter Energy Storage Projects only, the electric energy requirements (if any) of a Storage Unit that is withdrawn from the T&D Provider’s electrical system or the CAISO Controlled Grid to be stored by the Storage Unit and discharged at a later time. Under no circumstances does Charging Energy Requirements include Station Use.
Charging Energy Requirements means all of the Project’s electricity requirements, including electricity for any Non-Buyer Dispatch and any other purpose, whether operational or otherwise.

Examples of Charging Energy Requirements in a sentence

  • The facilities required for the delivery of the Charging Energy Requirements for the Project are part of the Project.

  • The maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment in Owner’s possession and control that is used to facilitate delivery of the Charging Energy Requirements shall be the responsibility of Owner and, subject to penalties for unavailability of the Project, Owner shall take such actions as are necessary to cause the delivery of the Charging Energy Requirements to the Project.

  • Except as set forth in Section 6.6(c) below, CHGE shall be responsible for managing, purchasing, and scheduling the Charging Energy Requirements for the Project.

  • Seller shall take any and all action necessary to deliver the Charging Energy Requirements to the Storage Unit(s) in order to deliver the Product in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including maintenance, repair or replacement of equipment in Seller’s possession or control used to deliver the Charging Energy Requirements to the Storage Unit(s).

  • Except as set forth in Section 6.6(c) below, RG&E shall be responsible for managing, purchasing, and scheduling the Charging Energy Requirements for the Project.

  • The maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment in Owner’s possession and control that is used to facilitate delivery of the Charging Energy Requirements shall be the responsibility of Owner and Owner shall take such actions as are necessary to cause the delivery of the Charging Energy Requirements to the Project.

  • Seller shall take any and all action necessary to deliver the Charging Energy Requirements to the Energy Storage System(s) in order to deliver the Product in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including maintenance, repair or replacement of equipment in Seller’s possession or control used to deliver the Charging Energy Requirements to the Energy Storage System(s).

  • Except as set forth in Section 6.06(c) below, CECONY shall be responsible for managing, purchasing, and scheduling the Charging Energy Requirements for the Project.

  • Except as set forth in Section 4.03, with respect to charging the Storage Unit(s) during any Put Delivery Period, SCE shall be responsible for the electric energy costs associated with providing the Charging Energy Requirements to the Energy Delivery Point (“Charging Energy Costs”); provided, that Seller shall be responsible for all costs arising out of or pertaining to (i) any Energy Adjustment Payment and Energy Efficiency Capacity Reduction Payment, (ii) a Non-SCE Dispatch, and (iii) a Non-SCE Charge.

  • Except as set forth in Section 6.06(c) below, O&R shall be responsible for managing, purchasing, and scheduling the Charging Energy Requirements for the Project.


More Definitions of Charging Energy Requirements

Charging Energy Requirements means the electric energy requirements of a Storage Unit that is withdrawn from the PTO’s electrical system or the CAISO Grid to be stored by the Storage Unit and discharged at a later time. Under no circumstances does Charging Energy Requirements include Station Use.
Charging Energy Requirements means the electric energy requirements of the Project that is withdrawn from the SDG&E’s electrical system to be stored by the Project and discharged at a later time. Under no circumstances does Charging Energy Requirements include Station Use.

Related to Charging Energy Requirements

  • OHS Requirements means all Laws applicable to the Supply and related to occupational health or safety, and all of the City Policies that relate to occupational health or safety, and includes without limitation the WCA;

  • Resource Adequacy Requirements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.

  • Authority Requirements means the operational requirements, functions and characteristics of the Framework set out in Schedule 1 (Statement of Requirements)

  • Safety Requirements means Prudent Electrical Practices, CPUC General Order No. 167, Contractor Safety Program Requirements, and all applicable requirements of Law, PG&E, the Utility Distribution Company, the Transmission Provider, Governmental Approvals, the CAISO, CARB, NERC and WECC.

  • Security Requirements means the requirements regarding the security of Personal Data, as set out in the Data Protection Laws (including, in particular, the seventh data protection principle of the DPA and/ or the measures set out in Article 32(1) of the GDPR (taking due account of the matters described in Article 32(2) of the GDPR)) as applicable;

  • Federal safety requirements means applicable provisions of 49 U.S.C. § 30101 et seq. and all

  • Privacy Requirements means all applicable Privacy Laws and all of the Company’s and the Company Subsidiaries’ policies, notices, and contractual obligations relating to the Processing of Personal Information.

  • Mandatory City Requirements means those City laws set forth in the San Francisco Municipal Code, including the duly authorized rules, regulations, and guidelines implementing such laws that impose specific duties and obligations upon Contractor.

  • Environmental, Health or Safety Requirements of Law means all Requirements of Law derived from or relating to foreign, federal, state and local laws or regulations relating to or addressing pollution or protection of the environment, or protection of worker health or safety, including, but not limited to, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, 42 U.S.C. § 9601 et seq., the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, 29 U.S.C. § 651 et seq., and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, 42 U.S.C. § 6901 et seq., in each case including any amendments thereto, any successor statutes, and any regulations or guidance promulgated thereunder, and any state or local equivalent thereof.

  • Environmental, Health, and Safety Requirements means all federal, state, local and foreign statutes, regulations, and ordinances concerning public health and safety, worker health and safety, and pollution or protection of the environment, including without limitation all those relating to the presence, use, production, generation, handling, transportation, treatment, storage, disposal, distribution, labeling, testing, processing, discharge, release, threatened release, control, or cleanup of any hazardous materials, substances or wastes, as such requirements are enacted and in effect on or prior to the Closing Date.

  • MREL Requirements means the laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards and policies relating to minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities applicable to the Issuer and/or the Group, from time to time, (including any applicable transitional or grandfathering provisions), including, without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, any delegated or implementing acts (such as regulatory technical standards) adopted by the European Commission and any regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards and policies relating to minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities adopted by the Federal Republic of Germany or the Republic of Italy, a relevant resolution authority or the European Banking Authority from time to time (whether or not such requirements, guidelines or policies are applied generally or specifically to the Issuer and/or the Group), as any of the preceding laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards, policies or interpretations may be amended, supplemented, superseded or replaced from time to time.

  • Services Requirements means the requirements of the Authority or any other Contracting Body (as appropriate) for the Services from time to time;

  • Environmental and Safety Requirements means all federal, state, local and foreign statutes, regulations, ordinances and similar provisions having the force or effect of law, all judicial and administrative orders and determinations, all contractual obligations and all common law concerning public health and safety, worker health and safety and pollution or protection of the environment, including all such standards of conduct and bases of obligations relating to the presence, use, production, generation, handling, transport, treatment, storage, disposal, distribution, labeling, testing, processing, discharge, release, threatened release, control, or cleanup of any hazardous materials, substances or wastes, chemical substances or mixtures, pesticides, pollutants, contaminants, toxic chemicals, petroleum products or by-products, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls (or PCBs), noise or radiation.

  • Statutory Requirements means all approvals, consents, permits, or licences necessary for the purposes of the Project from the State, any government department, authority, instrumentality or local government authority, and includes, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all approvals, consents, permits, and licences, for engineering drawings, construction plans, earthworks and structures necessary for the purposes of the Project;

  • Requirements means and include schedules, details, description, statement of technical data, performance characteristics, standards (Indian as well as International) as applicable and specified in the Contract.

  • Energy Resource means a Generating Facility that is not a Capacity Resource.

  • Data Security Requirements means, collectively, all of the following to the extent relating to Data Treatment, to any privacy, security, or security breach notification requirements applicable to the Company or any Retained Subsidiary, to the conduct of the Management and Franchise Business, or to any System: (i) PCI-DSS, (ii) the Company’s and the Retained Subsidiaries’ own rules and policies and (iii) applicable Law.

  • Eligibility Requirements means, with respect to any Person, that such Person has at least $200,000,000 in capital/statutory surplus or shareholders’ equity (except with respect to a pension advisory firm or similar fiduciary) and at least $600,000,000 in total assets (in name or under management), and is regularly engaged in the business of making or owning commercial real estate loans (or interests therein), mezzanine loans (or interests therein) or commercial loans (or interests therein) similar to the Mortgage Loan.

  • Privacy and Security Requirements means (a) all Privacy Laws; (b) all applicable Privacy Contracts, and (c) all applicable Privacy Policies.

  • Technical Requirements means the Technical Requirements in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS” means national ambient air quality standards that are promulgated pursuant to Section 109 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7409.

  • Clean air standards, as used in this clause means:
