Support Activities definition

Support Activities means those tasks that are conducted in support of Members and which are not carried out in a hazardous area and do not require specialized training or protective clothing.
Support Activities means various construction-related activities that occur or facilities provided at a construction site alongside the construction activity that are directly related to and implemented as support to the construction activity or facility. Typical support activities include concrete or asphalt batch plants, equipment staging yards, material storage areas, excavated material disposal areas, and borrow areas.
Support Activities means broadly based activities related to overall services operations. Such activities benefit the recipient population in whole or in part, and are federally funded through Titles IV-B, IV-E, or XX. Support activities include the activities defined in (A) through (C) below.
