Support Material definition

Support Material means the sleeves, inlay cards, packaging, advertising, publicity and/or promotional material relating to the Recordings Sets or Compilations;
Support Material means the material specified as support material in the Contract (if any).

More Definitions of Support Material

Support Material means any material relating to the Master Recordings, Artists or Performers delivered to Amrap by You in accordance with this Agreement including but not limited to promotional material, photos, artwork, Video Recordings and track listings, but excluding Master Recordings.
Support Material means those materials that CCL considers are reasonably necessary to enable CSR to sub-license the Software to third parties in accordance with clause 3.1(e);

Related to Support Material

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Project Materials means any and all works of authorship, artistic, literary and other works, inventions and materials designed, created, developed, written or prepared by the Supplier (or the Supplier's Personnel) in the course of providing the Services, whether individually, collectively or jointly with the Purchaser and on whatever media;

  • SAP Materials means any materials (including statistical reports) provided, developed or made available by SAP (independently or with Customer’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Professional Services to Customer. SAP Materials do not include the Customer Data, Customer Confidential Information or the Cloud Service. SAP Materials may also be referred to in the Agreement as “Cloud Materials”.

  • Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.

  • Byproduct material means any radioactive material (except Special Nuclear Material) yielded in, or made radioactive by, exposure to the radiation incident to the process of producing or utilizing Special Nuclear Material.
