Supportive partner means any person or organization certified by the City Manager pursuant to Section 13.89.070.A to provide Tenant counseling and technical support services on first-time homeownership, obtaining financing for the purchase of Real Properties, assisting in the process of closing on property transactions, the formation and governance of legal and collective ownership structures, and supporting Tenants in the exercise of their rights pursuant to this Chapter.
