Surescripts network definition

Surescripts network means the Surescripts proprietary technology for a secure, nationwide, interoperable health information infrastructure, including Surescripts materials, interfaces, functionality, and transaction maps, as they may be further modified or developed by Surescripts from time to time.
Surescripts network has the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
Surescripts network means the proprietary Surescripts technology for Prescription Routing, Prescription Benefit and Prescription History, in part referred to as The Nation’s E-Prescription Network.

Examples of Surescripts network in a sentence

  • DrFirst, with ten (10) days written notice, and Surescripts without notice, shall have the right to access, inspect and review all records related to information and prescription data provided by or through the Surescripts network through SEVOCITY®.

  • Use of the Surescripts network is not a substitute for a health care provider’s standard practice or professional judgment.

  • All E-Prescriptions are transmitted directly from the Surescripts network into the Pharmacy prescription queue.

  • Sentinel monitors the accuracy of all electronic prescriptions sent across the Surescripts network, raising the bar for patient safety, care quality and workflow efficiency by pinpointing specific areas for improvement and providing analysis of electronic prescribing trends to inform better patient care.

  • Your pharmacy will likely pay a set cost per transaction to your pharmacy management technology vendor (not to Surescripts) for each prescription renewal request you send or new prescription you receive over the Surescripts network.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier. Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due. A Party shall also be deemed in Default upon such Party’s insolvency or the initiation of bankruptcy or receivership proceedings by or against the Party or the failure to obtain or maintain any certification(s) or authorization(s) from the Commission which are necessary or appropriate for a Party to exchange traffic or order any service, facility or arrangement under this Agreement, or notice from the Party that it has ceased doing business in this State or receipt of publicly available information that signifies the Party is no longer doing business in this State.

  • Connectivity means the provision of a Permanent Separated Bicycle Lane system that reflects desired routes between all major origins and destinations in the city.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • WorkSafeBC means the Workers Compensation Board, a provincial Crown corporation created pursuant to the Workers Compensation Act (British Columbia);

For the purposes of determining responsibilities and rights at a given time, the ERCOT Protocols, as amended in accordance with the change procedure(s) described in the ERCOT Protocols, in effect at the time of the performance or non-performance of an action, shall govern with respect to that action.
