Surrender Certificate definition

Surrender Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form set forth in Annex B.
Surrender Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit C.

Surrender Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit B.
