Related to sustainability performance

human performance means human capabilities and limitations which have an impact on the safety and efficiency of aeronautical operations;
Final Performance means the Final Valuation Price divided by the Initial Price(Settlement) each in respect of the Worst Performing Underlying Asset as calculated in respect of the Final Valuation Date. "Final Valuation Date" means 29 November 2027, subject to adjustment.
Sustainability means the use, development, and protection of resources at a rate and in a manner that enables people to meet their current needs while allowing future generations to meet their own needs; “sustainability” requires simultaneously meeting environmental, economic and community needs.
Capacity Performance Resource means a Capacity Resource as described in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.5A(a).
Unsatisfactory Performance means any of the following:
