SVB Credit Agreement definition

SVB Credit Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement between SVB and Borrower dated as of December 24, 2012 as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

SVB Credit Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement dated as of March 19, 2014, between Silicon Valley Bank, a California corporation, and the Company, as amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.

SVB Credit Agreement means the Existing SVB Credit Agreement as amended and restated as of the Effective Date and as may be further amended, restated, supplemented, modified, extended, refinanced or replaced from time to time.
