Swap Documents definition

Swap Documents means (A) any agreement (including terms and conditions incorporated by reference therein) which is a rate swap agreement, basis swap, forward rate agreement, commodity swap, interest rate option, forward foreign exchange agreement, spot foreign exchange agreement, rate cap agreement, rate floor agreement, rate collar agreement, currency swap agreement, cross-currency rate swap agreement, currency option, any other similar agreement (including any option to enter into any of the foregoing); (B) any combination of the foregoing; or (C) any master agreement for any of the foregoing, as any of the foregoing may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

Swap Documents means, collectively, (a) any Specified Swap Agreement, (b) the Swap Collateral Documents, and (c) the Swap Guaranties.

Swap Documents means and includes the ISDA Master Agreement and Schedule thereto between any Borrower and Bank, and all Confirmations (as such term is defined in such ISDA Master Agreement) between any Borrower and Bank executed in connection with any Swaps.

Examples of Swap Documents in a sentence

• Swap Bank (and any other Specified Affiliate) may enter into other participation agreements, indemnities, and other agreements with respect to the Swap Documents and Swap Liabilities (except on Participant's Percentage Share) from time to time on such terms as Swap Bank (or such other Specified Affiliate) and the other parties thereto may agree.

• Notwithstanding Participant’s right to receive its Percentage Share of Remittances as set forth in Section 5, Participant’s entry into this Agreement does not constitute an acceptance of an assignment or other transfer of the rights or obligations under the Counterparty Transaction or the Swap Documents, and Participant’s liability hereunder is strictly limited to its Percentage Share of the Swap Liabilities as set forth in Section 3.

• All payments under this Agreement (except as otherwise noted) shall be paid to Swap Bank in the same currency and manner as is provided for with respect to Swap Liabilities in the Swap Documents, and Participant shall be obligated to indemnify Swap Bank for any failure to make payments in such currency on the same terms as are set forth therein.

• Participant acknowledges that Swap Bank has furnished Participant with a copy of the Swap Documents in existence on the date hereof.

• The Swap Documents may be amended or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with their terms, but only in accordance with Section 10 hereof.

Swap Documents. The ISDA Master Agreement dated as of October 7, 1999 -------------- between the Issuer and the Swap Counterparty, including the schedule thereto and confirmations thereunder, as the same may be amended from time to time as permitted therein and herein, in each case to the extent relating to the Swap.

Swap Documents means (a) any agreement (including terms and conditions incorporated by reference therein) which is a rate swap agreement, basis swap, forward rate agreement, commodity swap, interest rate option, forward foreign exchange agreement, spot foreign exchange agreement, rate cap agreement, rate floor agreement, rate collar agreement, currency swap agreement, cross-currency rate swap agreement, currency option, any other similar agreement (including any option to enter into any of the foregoing); (b) any combination of the foregoing; or (c) any master agreement for any of the foregoing, as any of the foregoing may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

Swap Documents means the ISDA Master Agreement, dated as of April 3, 1998, between SunTrust Bank and EPS, together with all schedules and confirmations related thereto (including the amended confirmation dated July 13, 2000).

Swap Documents means each Approved ISDA and all relevant confirmations of trades made under any Approved ISDA. Swap Intercreditor Agreement means this Agreement and each other intercreditor agreement entered into among Administrative Agent, the Borrower and a counterparty to a Swap Agreement approved by Administrative Agent (at the direction of the Lead Lenders).

Swap Documents means each document, instrument or agreement entered into by and between Borrower and the Bank to evidence, confirm, describe, secure, modify or establish the terms of any Swap Transaction effected pursuant to this Agreement, including without limitation any so-called "Master Agreement" concerning any Swap Transaction and each schedule and addendum thereto, together with all modifications, amendments or supplements to any of the same.

Swap Documents means, collectively, those certain 1992 ISDA Master Agreement and schedule to the 1992 ISDA Master Agreement, dated as of July 2, 2007, and those certain interest rate swap confirmations, dated as of July 3, 2007, in each case by and between Tribune and Barclays, which Swap Documents provide for (a) a two-year hedge with respect to$750 million in notional amount, (b) a three-year hedge with respect to $1 billion in notional amount, and (c) a five-year hedge with respect to $750 million in notional amount.

Swap Documents means the Swap Agreement, the Swap Mortgage and any and all other documents, agreements or instruments executed by the Borrower in connection with the Swap Agreement.
