Swap Payments definition

Swap Payments means, with respect to each Distribution Date, the amount, if any, payable to a Swap Counterparty by the Trust for such date, including amounts due and unpaid from prior Distribution Dates (other than Swap Termination Payments), as specified in the applicable Swap Agreement.
Swap Payments means as of each payment date specified in an Interest Rate Swap, the amount, if any, payable to the Swap Counterparty by the Issuer. Swap Payments do not include any Termination Payments.
Swap Payments means amounts payable to or receivable by HVF pursuant to any Swap Agreement.

Examples of Swap Payments in a sentence

  • On any Distribution Date, Swap Termination Payments, Net Swap Payments owed to the Swap Provider and Net Swap Receipts for that Distribution Date will be deposited into the Swap Account.

  • On any Distribution Date, Swap Termination Payments, Net Swap Payments owed to the Swap Provider and Net Swap Receipts for that Distribution Date will be deposited into the Supplemental Interest Trust.
