Swimming Facilities definition

Swimming Facilities means new and existing swimming facilities in the Borough;
Swimming Facilities means and includes all swimming pools, spas and hot tubs available to patrons of the Gaming Facility.

Examples of Swimming Facilities in a sentence

  • The California Health and Safety Code, the California Building Standards Code and the California Code of Regulations (collectively, the “Applicable Codes”) shall apply to the design, maintenance and operation of all Swimming Facilities located at or within the Tribe’s Gaming Facility.

  • The Tribe agrees to provide a complete defense for any claim or action brought against the County relating to the Tribe’s or its agents’, employees’, contractors’, subcontractors’, or invitees’ performance or obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to all claims or actions relating in any way to the design, construction, operation, maintenance, and/or use of the Swimming Facilities by any person or entity.

  • The Tribe shall employ project inspectors qualified under section 6.4.2(b) of the Compact, which inspectors shall conduct design review and inspections of the Swimming Facilities prior to operation and inspections thereafter as required by the Applicable Codes, and in any event not less than one annual inspection for seasonal Swimming Facilities and two annual inspections for year-round Swimming Facilities.

  • It is the intent of the Parties that this Agreement and its section 5 shall protect the County from any all claims, damages, and losses relating to this Agreement or arising from the design, construction, operation, maintenance, and/or use of the Swimming Facilities.

  • Recreation and Swimming Facilities hours shall be from 6-00am to 10.00pm Monday to Sunday with normal working hours in accordance with rostered shifts.

  • The County has not and is not deliberating on, approving, supporting, conditioning, or otherwise exercising judgment regarding the Tribe’s interpretation and application of the Applicable Codes, or the design, construction, operation, or maintenance of the Swimming Facilities.

  • The Tribe shall operate and maintain the Swimming Facilities pursuant to the Applicable Codes.

  • The Tribe waives any and all rights to any type of express or implied indemnity against the County arising out of or pertaining to this Agreement or the design, construction, operation, maintenance, and/or use of the Swimming Facilities.

Related to Swimming Facilities

  • Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State.   • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.
