Swing Line definition

Swing Line means the credit facility for making one or more Swing Loans described in Section 1.14 hereof.

  • The Borrower shall repay their Swing Line Loans on the earlier to occur of (i) the date seven (7) days after such Loan is made and (ii) the Maturity Date for the Revolving Credit Facility.

More Definitions of Swing Line

Swing Line means the credit facility for making one or more Swing Loans described in Section 1.7 hereof.
Swing Line means the revolving line of credit established by the Swing Line Lender in favor of Borrower pursuant to Section 2.3.
Swing Line means the revolving credit loans to be advanced to the Borrower by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.5 hereof, in an aggregate amount (subject to the terms hereof), not to exceed, at any one time outstanding, the Swing Line Maximum Amount.
