Swiss Guarantor definition
Swiss Guarantor means any Guarantor incorporated or organized under the laws of Switzerland.
Swiss Guarantor has the meaning set forth in Section 10.06.
Swiss Guarantor means each Restricted Subsidiary of the Designated Company organized in Switzerland party hereto as a Guarantor, and each other Restricted Subsidiary of the Designated Company incorporated in Switzerland that becomes a Guarantor pursuant to the terms hereof.
