Syndicated Dollar Notes means promissory notes of each of the Borrowers, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto, evidencing the obligation of the Borrowers to repay the Syndicated Dollar Loans, together with all amendments, consolidations, modifications, renewals and supplements thereto.
