Syndicated Exit Financing Documentation definition

Syndicated Exit Financing Documentation means the Syndicated Exit Credit Agreement together with all other related documents, instruments, and agreements (including the security agreement and any other documents governing the Syndicated Exit Financing), in each case as supplemented, amended, restated, or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Junior Financing Documentation means any documentation governing any Junior Financing.

  • Refinancing Agreement as defined in Subsection 8.3(c).
