Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Section 2.8(A) or Section 2.8(B), no Syndicated Global Loan may be converted into or continued as a Fixed Rate Loan except with the consent of the Required Lenders when any Default has occurred and is continuing.
The Global Administrative Agent shall, promptly upon receipt of a Syndicated Global Advance Borrowing Notice, notify each Syndicated Global Lender of such Syndicated Global Advance Borrowing Notice and, not later than such time as is reasonably requested by the Global Administrative Agent on each Borrowing Date, each Syndicated Global Lender shall make available its Syndicated Global Loan or Loans, in funds immediately available to the Global Administrative Agent at its address specified pursuant hereto.
