Cremation chamber means the enclosed space within which the cremation takes place.
ICC means the International Chamber of Commerce.
Chamber means an open, arch-shaped structure providing an open-bottom soil interface with permeable sidewalls used for distribution of effluent in a soil absorption system.
H.15 means the statistical release designated as such, or any successor publication, published by the Board of Governors of the U.S. Federal Reserve System (or any successor thereto).
Notice of Arbitration means the formal notice from the CONTRACTOR or the CUSTOMER to the other party referring a dispute to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2-9.
Good Laboratory Practices or “GLP” means the then-current Good Laboratory Practice (or similar standards) for the performance of laboratory activities for pharmaceutical products as are required by applicable Regulatory Authorities or Applicable Law. In the United States, Good Laboratory Practices are established through FDA regulations (including 21 C.F.R. Part 58), FDA guidance, FDA current review and inspection standards and current industry standards.
Customs Valuation Agreement means the Agreement on Implementation of Article VII of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994 contained in Annex 1A of the WTO Agreement;
Publication NPC-207 means the Ministry draft technical publication “Impulse Vibration in Residential Buildings”, November 1983, supplementing the Model Municipal Noise Control By-Law, Final Report, August 1978, published by the Ministry.
Good Manufacturing Practice or “GMP” means the current good manufacturing practices applicable from time to time to the manufacturing of a Product or any intermediate thereof pursuant to Applicable Law.
H.15 Daily Update means the daily update of H.15(519), available through the world-wide-web site of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System at hxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx/H15/ update, or any successor site or publication.
ICC Incoterms means the the latest version of commercial trade terms as published by the International Chamber of Commerce, Paris [ICC], which are otherwise referred to as purchase terms and which define precisely the responsibilities, costs and risks of the buyer [Transnet] and the seller [the Supplier]. Incoterms are only applicable to contracts involving the import or export of Goods from one country to another and for the purpose of this Agreement, if applicable, shall mean the designated Incoterm as stipulated in Schedule 1 hereto. H.15(519) means the weekly statistical release designated as H.15(519), or any successor publication, published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
Conciliation means the attempted resolution of issues raised by a complaint, or by the investigation of such complaint, through informal negotiations involving the aggrieved person, the respondent, and the Secretary.
INCOTERMS means International Commercial Terms as on the date of Tender Opening
customs value means the value as determined in accordance with the 1994 Agreement on implementation of Article VII of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (WTO Agreement on customs valuation);
