Synthetic LC Exposure definition

Synthetic LC Exposure means, with respect to any Lender, as of any date of determination, such Lender’s Pro Rata Share of the aggregate Synthetic LC Deposits and Synthetic LC Usage (other than the portion of such Synthetic LC Usage represented by amounts available for drawing, but not yet drawn, under Synthetic Letters of Credit).
Synthetic LC Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Synthetic Letters of Credit at such time plus (b) the aggregate amount of all Synthetic LC Disbursements that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the Borrower at such time. The Synthetic LC Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Aggregate Synthetic LC Percentage of the total Synthetic LC Exposure at such time.
Synthetic LC Exposure means, as of any date, the sum of (without duplication) (a) the aggregate principal amount of outstanding Synthetic LC Loans at such time plus (b) the Available Amount of all Synthetic Letters of Credit as of such date plus (c) the aggregate Unreimbursed Amounts under Synthetic Letters of Credit outstanding as of such date plus (d) unless a Repayment Event has occurred, the amount of any drawings under any Synthetic Letter of Credit reimbursed by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.2.6(a) during the 91-day period immediately preceding such date.

  • Xx. Xxxxx’x PIP Award and Career Service Award shall be paid at such time as the Company makes PIP award payments to other PIP participants; provided that any PIP Award and Career Service Award shall be paid no later than March 15, 2010.

The Dollar LC Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Dollar Percentage of the total Dollar LC Exposure at such time.

  • LC Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit at such time plus (b) the aggregate amount of all LC Disbursements that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the Borrower at such time.   • Total Revolving Exposure means, as to any Revolving Lender at any time, the unused Commitments and Revolving Exposure of such Revolving Lender at such time.
