  • Customer, in its discretion and at its sole cost and expense, may undertake additions, modifications or replacements, or may cause the undertaking of additions, modifications or replacements, to the Customer Equipment or Customer network, so long as such additions, modifications or replacements do not directly impact GEM’s ability to provide the Transmission System Operator Services pursuant to this Agreement.
