TAD Project definition

TAD Project means those improvements identified and more fully described in Schedule B- 2 hereto as such Schedule may be amended or modified from time to time, including the Riverfront Place Project (but not including the Vertical Development), the costs of which have been advanced by Developer and to be reimbursed to Developer from the Tax Allocation District #3 Fund as contemplated by this Agreement.
TAD Project means those infrastructure or site improvements approved by the governing body of the City to receive finding from the Special Fund which are identified and more fully described in Exhibit C hereto, the costs of which are to be incurred by Developer and reimbursed to Developer from amounts on deposit in the Special Fund as contemplated by this Agreement.
TAD Project means those improvements identified and more fully described in Schedule B-2 hereto as such Schedule may be amended or modified from time to time.

Examples of TAD Project in a sentence

  • All financial statements to be furnished to the City with respect to Developer, the Developer Project, and the TAD Project will fairly present the financial condition of Developer as of the dates thereof, and all other written information furnished to the City by Developer will be accurate, complete and correct in all material respects and will not contain any material misstatement of fact or omit to state any fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not misleading.

  • The City and Developer agree that they will, from time to time, execute, acknowledge and deliver, or cause to be executed, acknowledged and delivered, such supplements and amendments hereto and such further instruments as may reasonably be required for carrying out the intention or facilitating the performance of this Agreement; provided that the rights of the City and Developer hereunder and the ability of the City and Developer to construct the TAD Project are not impaired thereby.

  • Developer will also furnish to the City, at any time and from time to time no more often than every thirty (30) days, upon demand by the City, lien waivers bearing a then current date and prepared on a form satisfactory to the City from the General Contractor for the Developer Project or the TAD Project and such subcontractors or materialmen as the City may designate.

  • To the extent of its interest therein, Developer will keep the Developer Project and the TAD Project continuously insured against such risks as are customarily insured against by businesses of like size and type engaged in the same or similar operations, including builder’s risk insurance during any time that clearing, grading and construction work is in progress.

  • Developer will develop and construct, or cause the development and construction of, the Developer Project and the TAD Project in substantial conformance with the Plans and the description thereof set forth in Exhibit B and Exhibit B-1 hereto, subject to Force Majeure.

  • Prior to Developer making a Material Modification to the Developer Project or TAD Project, it will submit the proposed modifications to the Community and Economic Development Director in writing for its review.

  • This Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and will expire on the date on which a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued for the Developer Project and a Certificate of Completion has been issued for the TAD Project; provided, however, the terms and provisions of Articles III through VIII shall survive expiration or termination hereof.

  • Notwithstanding the above, Developer may collaterally assign this Agreement and its rights hereunder and interest herein, without the consent of the City to a lender to secure any acquisition, development or construction loan for the TAD Project or Developer Project, or to securitize Disbursements to which Developer is or will become entitled under this Agreement.

  • The City acknowledges that, during the term of this Agreement, modifications to the Developer Project or the TAD Project as contemplated on the Effective Date may occur.

  • Any such submission must clearly identify all changes, omissions and additions as compared to the previously approved description of the Developer Project or TAD Project, as more fully set forth in Exhibit B, Exhibit B-1 and Exhibit C hereto.

Related to TAD Project

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan; and

  • Pilot project means an innovative environmental project that covers one or more designated facilities, designed and implemented in the form of an EMSA. (See Section 52.3 of the Act.)

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Redevelopment project means any work or undertaking

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Approved Project means the Scheme application of the Applicant approved by the CIC.

The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Capital Improvement Project means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, appurtenances to roads and bridges to enhance the safety of animal-drawn vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities including real property, interests in real property, facilities, and equipment related or incidental to those facilities.
