Tag Account definition

Tag Account means the account opened in the name of the Tag Member and maintained by BANK OF BARODA for the purpose of usage of the Tag as per the Terms and Conditions contained herein.

Examples of Tag Account in a sentence

  • The holding and use of the Tag will incur fees which will be debited to the balance available in the Tag Account.

  • The Tag Member is not allowed to exceed the available amount in the Tag Account through an individual Transaction or a series of Transactions.

  • The tag holder shall be able to use the Tag only to the extent of the amount available on the Tag Account at any given point of time.

  • In case the Tag Account remains unused for a period of 6 months with a negative balance amount, the Tag Account will be closed with prior intimation to the Tag Member and the corresponding Tag shall not be accepted at any Toll Plazas for the purpose of payment of toll.

  • The Tag Member may at any point of time, request for closure of the Tag Account by visiting any Point of Sale and submitting such documentation as may be required by Bank of Baroda policy/process in this regard.

Related to Tag Account

  • Funding Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Accumulation Account The account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.01(a)(iii) of the Trust Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Retention Account means, an interest bearing USD account in the name of the Borrowers opened or (as the context may require) to be opened by the Borrowers with the Bank and includes any sub-accounts thereof and any other account designated in writing by the Bank to be the Retention Account for the purposes of this Agreement;

  • Matching Account means the account maintained on the books of the Employer for the purpose of accounting for the Matching Amount and for the amount of investment return credited thereto for each Participant pursuant to Article V.

  • Principal Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Principal Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Collection Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Collections Account has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.01(a) hereof.

  • Billing Account is the checking account from which all Service fees will be automatically debited.

  • Interest Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).

  • Distribution Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Profit Sharing Account means any one of the accounts so designated and provided for in Section 6.01.

  • Participating Account a separate account investing all or a portion of its assets in the Trust, including the Account.

  • Transaction Account means a cash account established and maintained by Repo Custodian for the Funds to effect repurchase transactions pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Prefunding Account The separate Eligible Account created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.06(g) in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders and designated “U.S. Bank National Association, in trust for registered holders of Home Equity Asset Trust 2004-2, Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-2. Funds in the Prefunding Account shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement and shall not be a part of any REMIC created hereunder; provided, however, that any investment income earned from Permitted Investments made with funds in the Prefunding Account shall be for the account of the Depositor.

  • Pre-Funding Account means the account designated as the Pre-Funding Account in, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.07.

  • Tax Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.6 hereof.

  • Principal Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).
