Tag Along Sale Percentage definition

Tag Along Sale Percentage shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.1(a).
Tag Along Sale Percentage means the fraction, expressed as a percentage, determined by dividing the number of shares of Common Stock or LP Units, as applicable, to be purchased from the Selling Entity by the total number of shares of Common Stock or LP Units, as applicable, owned directly by the Selling Entity.
Tag Along Sale Percentage has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.4(a). “Tag-Along Sellers” has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.4(b).
