LP Units definition
LP Units means the non-voting limited partnership units in the capital of BEP, other than the Preferred Units, including any LP Units issued pursuant to the Redemption-Exchange Mechanism.
LP Units means the limited partnership units of Cineplex Entertainment LP, including the Class A LP Units, the Class B LP Units, the Class C LP Units and the Class D LP Units;
LP Units means the ordinary limited partner units of the Partnership. “Management” means senior management of BPI.
Examples of LP Units in a sentence
Holders of the Class B LP Units are entitled to receive distributions when declared by the Partnership equal to the per Unit amount of distributions payable on the Units.
However, Class B LP Units have limited voting rights over the Partnership.
The fair value measurement of the Class C LP Units and mortgages payable is based on Level 2 inputs.
Such redemptions of Class C LP Units (other than upon a change of control of CT REIT) can be settled at the option of the Partnership, in cash or Class B LP Units of equal value.

LP Units means collectively the Class A LP Units and Class B LP Units;
